Shipping & Delivery

1) Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipments to countries/regions temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions, sanctions, or force majeure may be refused.


2) Carriers

Standard shipping via DHL/Deutsche Post (internationally delivered by DHL partners in the destination country). We may use equivalent carriers to keep delivery times reliable.


3) Rates & transit times (guidelines)

  • Germany: €2.90 shipping; free from €20 order value (after discounts/gift cards).

    Transit time: 2–4 business days.

  • EU & International: €6.50 shipping; free from €40 order value (after discounts/gift cards).

    Transit time: 2–8 business days (non-EU deliveries may take longer due to customs processing).

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany and in the destination country. Transit times are estimates from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.


4) Processing time (fulfillment)

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During product launches, peak periods or pre-orders, handling may take longer; we’ll communicate clearly on the product page or at checkout.


5) Tracking & delivery

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (where available) once your order ships. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout; address changes are no longer possible after dispatch. Delivery to PO Boxes is not supported.


6) Duties, taxes & customs (outside the EU)

For deliveries outside the European Union, shipments are sent DAP/Delivered At Place (Incoterms® 2020). Import duties, taxes and fees may be charged by the carrier/customs and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs inspections can extend delivery times; this is outside our control.


7) Split shipments & pre-orders

If your order contains items with different availability, we may ship in separate parcels at no extra shipping cost to you. Pre-ordered items ship when available; the expected shipping window is shown on the product page/at checkout.


8) Risk of loss, damage & inspection on delivery

For consumer purchases, we bear the transport risk until the parcel is delivered to you. Please inspect your parcel upon receipt.

 

  • For visible transport damage, document the condition (photos) and contact us within 48 hours at workbenchlap@gmail.com so we can assist.

    Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

 

9) Undeliverable parcels & incorrect addresses

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address, refused delivery or failure to collect from a pickup point, we’ll contact you. We can re-ship after agreement; actual return and re-shipping costs charged by the carrier may apply. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal per our Return Policy; any non-refundable original shipping costs and any value loss may be deducted where legally permitted.


10) Lost parcels / no delivery

If tracking shows no progress or the parcel does not arrive, please notify us no later than 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation. After the investigation concludes, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.


11) Free-shipping thresholds & promotions

Free shipping thresholds (€20 DE / €40 EU & International) apply per order, calculated after discounts/gift cards and before shipping/taxes. Promotional free-shipping offers apply only during the stated period and conditions.


12) Returns & right of withdrawal

Returns, refunds and the EU 14-day cooling-off period are governed by our Return Policy (Withdrawal/Returns). Please contact us before sending back any item and use the return instructions provided there.

13) Force majeure & extraordinary events

Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, regulatory actions) may delay processing or delivery. We will keep you informed promptly.


14) Changes to this policy

We may update these Shipping & Delivery terms. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies.
